Anytime I have had any issues or claims, Progressive was very quick to respond to my needs. They have adjusters that will come to your home or work to look over your car for repairs. The staff and customer service people I have dealt with in person or on the phone are very professional and considerate. The prices I pay for my auto insurance with Progessive are the cheapest I could find in my area. Once again, I would recommend Progressive Auto Insurance....
