I have been very impressed with the level of service provided by Progressive. First they help you shop for insurance by giving you quotes of competitors as well as their own quote. In addition, you can deal directly with the company or sign up through their DRIVE program which allows you to deal with a licensed insurance agent. Their claim response time is amazing. I was involved in an accident once, and I received a check to have my car repaired the same day. Finally, I have found their rates to be very competitive with the rates of many other insurnace companies. Overall, I am very happy to be a Progressive customer and would recommend them to friends and family....
