Comments: USAA is offers awesome insurance to its customers. Not only do I receive a low rate (compared to other companies), the customer service is outstanding. I can change my policy online, including adding or deleting vehicles. I can also print out an insurance card from online instead of waiting for one to come in the mail. They are always available by phone to answer my questions and help me deal with anything relating to my insurance needs. I am a very satisisfied customer of USAA!

Comments: I love USAA and I have been with them for 16 years. They are always extremely helpful, whether it's in person or over the phone, with any policy changes, questions, etc. They are also very prompt in getting a claims adjuster out when you've had an accident. They are also very prompt in getting payments made.

Comments: Great company one of few that allow you to ship car out of america. Has alot of international numbers to call so no matter what country we are in we can contact someone. Cheap compitive rates on inusrance and bank loans.
