Comments: Progressive delivers great customer service. They provide friendly phone service and are there to take your calls 24 hours/7 days. Their rates seem to be very competitive. After an accident, Progressive has helped me get information on new autos and can also help with the purchase of a new vehicle. |

Comments: They are very good to work with. I was in an accident (not my fault) on the Friday of Labor Day weekend last year, and they came out to my house the following morning to look at my car. I had no problems getting the money to get my car fixed. I've had problems with other insurance companies over charging me, but have no complaints about Progressive. I have tried 4 different insurance companies and they are by far the best in my opinion. |

Comments: I would recomend my insurance company, first and foremost because of how polite, patient, and courteous my agent who writes for this company. He is somewhat hard to catch in the office, but when he is there, he is always more than willing to stop whatever he is doing, to answer my questions. The second most important reason that I'd recomment them is that my rates have been very controlled, where I see that others, with other companies, don't seem to be. These really are the two most prominent reasons that I'd recomend my company to a friend. |

Comments: I have been very impressed with the level of service provided by Progressive. First they help you shop for insurance by giving you quotes of competitors as well as their own quote. In addition, you can deal directly with the company or sign up through their DRIVE program which allows you to deal with a licensed insurance agent. Their claim response time is amazing. I was involved in an accident once, and I received a check to have my car repaired the same day. Finally, I have found their rates to be very competitive with the rates of many other insurnace companies. Overall, I am very happy to be a Progressive customer and would recommend them to friends and family. |

Comments: I haven't had any problems with Progressive at all. Their rates seems to be much lower than that of their competitors. I've filed two claims during my time with them, and each was resolved in a timely manner. The people at their call centers are friendly and helpful. |

Comments: Progressive was very fast and very helpful when I needed to make a claim. They were quick to respond and gave me the advice I needed. They even helped me by setting up my claim with the other driver's insurance. Two months later my agent called me to make sure everything had been settled, I never expected that from a national company. |

Comments: Anytime I have had any issues or claims, Progressive was very quick to respond to my needs. They have adjusters that will come to your home or work to look over your car for repairs. The staff and customer service people I have dealt with in person or on the phone are very professional and considerate. The prices I pay for my auto insurance with Progessive are the cheapest I could find in my area. Once again, I would recommend Progressive Auto Insurance. |

Comments: We are very satisfied with our car inusrance. We have been with them for five and don't plan to switch any time soon. Neither my husband or I have ever been in an accident and we have great driving records, so our coverage continues to get cheaper. The insurance agent that we work with is friendly and always quick to get back to us. We will definately stay with our insurance company for as long as they continue to give us great service. |

Comments: When a man backed into my car at the grocery store, progressive was there for me. They contacted the other man's insurance and dealt with all the small details. They took good care of me and did not raise my rate. I am really glad that I went with progressive. |
