They are very good to work with. I was in an accident (not my fault) on the Friday of Labor Day weekend last year, and they came out to my house the following morning to look at my car. I had no problems getting the money to get my car fixed. I've had problems with other insurance companies over charging me, but have no complaints about Progressive.
